Can you handle more clients?
Do you have a follow-up system in place?
Do you understand how to run a business?
The first 3 years of my business we simply couldn't handle more than a dozen clients.
Why?
Because I was doing all the work!
I was the technician, manager and entrepreneur (E-Myth).
I did all the sales and was on every video shoot.
Times were tough and being a lawyer is tough.
I knew I had to provide exceptional quality and would not have a second chance to get it right.
I kept my head down, worked hard, took action and patiently waited until I knew we were ready.
This year we're ready and positioned for future growth.
I recently spoke in Austin, TX at the Bar Leaders Conference and this year have spoken and/or sponsored or will sponsor events for many state Bar Associations across the country.
I am no longer doing all the work.
I have an in-house team of 6 in our Atlanta offices.
We have a playbook and most importantly, we have a proven process that works!
Don't be so quick to rush things because you feel pressured.
Marketing is not something you can afford to take lightly.
Branding for lawyers isn't about being good, it's about being known.
