At the end of every quarter I take time out to invest in my TEAM. I review the previous quarter and share the company goals for our upcoming quarter. They also each set quarterly goals and I do my best to help them achieve them.
One of our core values is FUN and we take time out to eat together and have fun.
We went to an escape room (we ESCAPED) and had a ton of fun!
