A second tax incentive reduces tax liabilities for companies using certified minorities and women that supply labor or services to a project funded with federal or state grants or loans.
Businesses that are certified as minority-owned can take advantage of special government programs, including increased access to government contracting opportunities that can help them grow and scale quicker.
