This year I made a decision to focus on growth, personal and professional relationships and adding more value.
I knew I had to connect with women in business that could teach me how to grow and scale my company and I knew they had to be running multi-million dollar businesses. Not Internet agencies either. Real brick and mortar businesses with staff — businesses that could scale.
Everyone doesn’t want to scale and while I respect that, I do! I want to employ as many people as I can and help our clients help as many people as they can.
Expanding relationships helps me think bigger for my clients and how we can add more value. I’m not on a mission to lie or fake it until I make it by making up 8764% increase numbers that are just to sell more stuff. I really want to make a difference, fire clients that aren’t a good fit and only serve those that respect me, my team and see the value in our services.
I want to help my clients help more people, I want to employ more people and I want to help people thrive in life and thrive in business.
