An attorney that attend the 2018 ABA Family Law Convention stopped by my table to share with me the name of an attorney that had 'terrible' marketing. He then continued to share how disgusted he was and walked off.
I had to look up this example of 'terrible' marketing...
His name happens to be 'Tarzan the Law Man' and his marketing is outrageous, out of the box and different.
I can't tell you how many attorneys come to me and say they're getting beat by attorneys that aren't better.
I get it.
You don't want to invest in marketing for your Firm but you want to get the business from attorneys that are beating you because they are.
Doesn't make sense, does it?
You're not being beat by attorneys that are better, you're being beat by attorneys that are better positioned.
If your Firm isn't seen and heard you can't be hired.
That's just the way the world works.
